Support Bank for HomeSupport Bank for Home is perfect for Individuals or HomeWorkers who want just that little bit more: not only the ability to get IT support as and when they need it, but also want some proactive monitoring to ensure that everything is running properly (and be notified if not). This is particularly important if you rely on your IT equipment working at all times as you can be alerted to issues as they develop and then given the option of fixing them now or at a time suitable for you.
Support Bank for Home is available for just £40 an hour (8 hours minimum purchase required at the start of the contract) and the time is then available for you to use when you want, how you want and on what. Once the time has been used up it is then up to you if you wish to buy more time or not - you are not tied to any lengthy contract nor required to renew. The only commitment is that 15 minutes is deducted every month from the account to cover the additional cost of the monitoring and proactive support.
