Support during the Coronavirus Lockdown
Remote Assistance now available to Pay As You Go customers
The Coronavirus lockdown has affected everyone, and I am no exception. I have taken the decision to stop carrying out home visits for the moment, but I am still working and am providing the usual remote support service to my Support Bank customers. If you have a Support Bank contract with me, please continue to log calls as normal and I will deal with them as best I can (clearly, if the issue requires a visit then this will need to be reviewed).
Up until now, remote assistance has only been available to Support Bank customers. However, during this difficult time I will be extending this functionality to Pay As You Go customers as well. Therefore, if you need help with your computer during this time please do get in touch and I will do my best to assist.
